The Required First Step
Before we move a single pixel or write a line of copy, we have to get the vision out of your head. We spend 60 minutes organizing your ideas, identifying your roadblocks, and turning your to-do list into a prioritized strategy. We ensure every moving piece is accounted for before we begin any execution.

Admin for the Day
Once we have our plan, we move into execution. We offer focused sprint days where we knock out the highest-priority tasks we identified during our Brain Dump. This allows us to work together with high intensity to deliver immediate, visible results for your business.
Half Day (4 Hours): $400
Full Day (8 Hours): $650
Long-Term Strategic Fit
After we have completed an Admin Day, we will have the clarity needed to determine if your business requires a Full Scope Project or long-term monthly support. We only offer full-scale project proposals and retainer agreements to clients who have successfully completed the Brain Dump and Implementation phases. This ensures we are the right strategic fit for your long-term goals.
We do not offer “trial and error” services. By requiring a Brain Dump as the first step, every hour spent on your business is dedicated to the tasks that actually move the needle. This process filters for the right projects and ensures support is provided where it will have the highest impact.
